  What an amazing ministry! I grew up attending GBC and at the age of 17 God moved my family to Chicagoland. The love this church showed my family and I can only come from a people and a pastor who constantly seek to better understand the mind of Christ. The principles I learned from GBC as well as the gentle hand of our Lord and Savior led me through some very troubling times in my life. If you're seeking a good local church where you too can grow in Christ I recommend them highly. Even if you happen to be traveling through the area and need a bit of a pick-me-up, you will not find a warmer welcome than the folks at Gospel Baptist Church.
